Is this a one-time website purchase?

No. SecondLook provides an ongoing managed website service. Your monthly plan covers the custom website plus hosting, security, backups, monitoring, and technical management for as long as the service remains active.

What is included in Managed Website at $99/month?

The plan includes a custom website, premium hosting, an SSL certificate, secure backups, security updates, uptime monitoring, technical management, and domain connection assistance.

What does Managed Website Care add for $149/month?

It includes everything in Managed Website, plus routine content updates, photo replacements, service or business information changes, seasonal or promotional updates, minor design refinements, and priority support.

What counts as a routine update?

Routine updates are changes within the existing website structure, such as replacing text or photos, updating hours or services, revising business information, or publishing a seasonal promotion. New pages, major redesigns, and new functionality are quoted separately.

What happens if service ends early?

No long-term subscription contract. If service ends during the initial recovery period, an early cancellation fee may apply as outlined in your agreement. The full calculation and terms are documented in the client service agreement.

Do I own my domain?

Yes. You should own and control your domain registration. SecondLook can help connect it and manage the technical settings needed for the website without taking domain ownership away from you.

Can I use my existing domain?

Yes. SecondLook can connect an existing domain and assist with the DNS changes needed for launch.

Can I change plans later?

Plan changes can be requested as your needs change. Any timing, billing, or scope details are confirmed before the change takes effect.
